Our company is specialized in debt collecting. It is necessary to monitor the KPIs, including those calculated by non-standard metrics. It was important to see how long working on one portfolio takes, how many are presented and forced to recover, how many cases each employee finished, how the conversion rate changes, etc.
As a result, Alex's team managed not only to optimize but also to simplify the reporting system. Before the data was collected in 1C, it did not enable us to see the whole picture of the business and monitor the employees' results. Therefore, the idea of connecting dashboards to 1C was rejected.
